Vice Principal's Report

I deem a great desire in presenting the report from the Vice Principals office.

First and foremost, I take this opportunity to thank the almighty for giving me the strength and courage to carry out my responsibilities effectively, responsibly and in a timely manner. I also thank the College Principal for his guidance towards my role. I express my sincere gratitude towards the committed HODs and teachers who positively contribute towards school academia. Their dedication and commitment towards this venture has resulted in the exceptional outcome.

At Muaniweni College, collaboratively as the academic committee we place students at the core great learning opportunities that mold them to become life-long learners. The range of subjects offered at the College allows students to make better and wider career choices. Through ownership of learning, students have been overwhelmed at their creativity and talents. We ensure close and high engagement of stakeholders in teaching and learning to achieve our vision.

The Academic committee believes that classroom conduciveness with appropriate teaching tools is a major factor that enhances learning; therefore with the help of College Principal, all the classrooms were installed with projectors and internet connectivity to enrich student interest and School also has an interactive panel as well for teachers to deliver their lessons very effectively. So big vinaka vaka levu to the Head of School and the Management.

The College has met the desired targets over the past years with numerous strategies and I as the Academic Dean of the College together with my subordinates once again re-strategize and steering towards greater achievements for this year. And we look forward to working with all of stakeholders and welcome their input as we develop goals, set priorities and establish expectations aimed at enhancing student achievement.
